Go for a swim
Swimming is the rare form of exercise that is simultaneously meditative.
- 1.Find your nearest pool, lido, or safe open-water spot.
- 2.Warm up with a few slow lengths before pushing pace.
- 3.Swim for at least 20 minutes of continuous movement.
- 4.Float on your back for 2 minutes at the end and stare at the ceiling or sky.
