Box breathing is one of the fastest ways to reset your nervous system.
- 1.Sit or lie comfortably and close your eyes.
- 2.Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, out for 6.
- 3.Repeat the cycle 10 times without letting your mind wander.
- 4.Open your eyes slowly and notice how your body feels.
